3. How do I request review copies of I’m Safe! Materials?
Call us toll free at 877-NOW-SAFE (669-7233) and we will be happy to provide you with review copies to help you decide on the best I’m Safe! Product to meet your needs. DVDs, videos, and interactive banner displays are also available to review on a 15 Day or 30 Day Preview. top
4. Can I receive a quote to use to complete my Purchase Order?
We will be happy to provide you with a detailed quote, including shipping, to help you complete your purchase order. Just let us know whether you would like us to send it to you via email or fax. top
5. Which credit cards do you take?
You can use your MasterCard, Visa card or American Express Card to purchase your I’m Safe! Materials. top
6. I accidently ordered the wrong product, how can I return it?
The first thing to do is call us at 877-669-7233 to let us know that you will be returning your order. If the box is in good shape then the best thing to do is ship your order back to us via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground at the following address:

If the box is not in good shape then please take the time to repack the materials so that they arrive undamaged, this way we can give you a full refund less the shipping costs. Please be sure to include the packing slip. top
7. What is the process for customizing an I’m Safe! Product for my organization?
The best thing to do is call Cheryl at 877-NOW-SAFE (669-7233) Ext. 203 or Andrea at Ext. 206 and they can answer any questions you might have about customizing I’m Safe! Products. top
8. What do I do if the I’m Safe! Materials I ordered were damaged in shipment?
Call us right away at 877-NOW-SAFE if your order was damaged in shipment and we will let you know what to do to get everything fixed. top
9. Who should I talk to if I have a great idea for a new I’m Safe! Product or program?
If you have a great idea for a new I’m Safe! product we definitely want to hear about it. There are quite a few I’m Safe! Products that were first suggested to us by people like yourself who are looking for a solution to meet their particular needs. Please do not hesitate to call either Wendy at 877-669-7233, Ext. 202 or David at Ext. 201 to discuss any ideas you might have. top
10. Can I return an I’m Safe! Product for a refund?
If for some reason, you are not happy with your I’m Safe! Materials just return them to us in new condition and we will provide you with a refund for the cost of your order, less shipping and handling. top
11. What type of image do you need for customizing my I’m Safe! Materials?
We really like to receive logos as EPS files or TIF files with at least 250 dots per inch. PDF files or JPG files are also acceptable providing the resolutions is high enough. Images taken from the Internet are generally not high enough resolution for print media. If this sounds like a foreign language just pick up the phone and call Cheryl at 877-NOW-SAFE (669-7233) Ext. 203 and she will answer any questions you might may have. top
12. Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes, we accept purchase orders. Let us know if you need us to send you an estimate to complete your purchase order. top
13. What is your normal turnaround time for shipping?
You can expect your I’m Safe! Order to be ready to ship within ten business days or less. If your order involves customizing I’m Safe! Materials we should be able to ship your order ten business days from the time you approve the proofs. If you need an order sooner, please call us and we will do everything we can to help you. We will notify you of any materials that will not be shipped in the expected time frame. top
14. Can I change the content of any of your activity books?
If you would like to alter the content of one our our I’m Safe! Books we will be happy to work with you to come up with a solution to meet your needs. Minimum quantities apply. You can also use our new Build A Book system which allows you to select the content create an I’m Safe! Activity book to meet your needs. top
15. What if I have a couple of sponsors who want to participate in our safety program and they all want their respective logos on the materials?
The best thing to do is to call Andrea Ext. 206 or Cheryl Ext 203 at 877-NOW-SAFE (669-7233) and they can help you figure out how to come up with a solution that all of your sponsors will really like. top
16. Is Child Safety Solutions, Inc. the Sole Source for all I’m Safe! Materials?
Yes, Child Safety Solutions is the sole source provider of all I’m Safe! Materials. Let us know If you need a Sole Source Letter for your particular project and we will be happy to send you one. top
17. Is Child Safety Solutions interested in pilot testing I’m Safe! Products and programs.
